Integrated Care Professionals’ Clinic at Hillcrest Homes opened its doors in February 2024, introducing Harrison’s newest primary care clinic. This clinic is the second of its kind, and we are eager to bring this model of healthcare to even more communities across the country. Since 2013, Integrated Care Professionals has been providing expert nurse practitioners to communities across the United States, with NPs currently serving in over 70 facilities. With the opening of this primary care clinic open to the public, Integrated Care Professionals is excited to continue expanding our healthcare offerings and providing accessible and personalized care to even more communities around the country.
